Product Description
The screen plate is used in the screen basket. Screening equipment is an important operational system for pulp processing. The screen plate is located in the pulper. The stator and rotor are placed on top of the screen plate. The pulper has a rotor inside the machine that grinds and mixes the pulp evenly.

The screen plate acts as a sieve that separates large, uncut particles from the pulp and collects them in other containers. The pulp passes through the sieve for further processing. Contaminants are collected on the screen plate and do not mix with the pulp. The screen plate operates continuously in water. Therefore, it needs to be made of corrosion-resistant material.

Since the screen plate must operate continuously in water, it is made of stainless steel. The screen plate is easy to install and durable. It works efficiently in the pulper and separates contaminants from the pulp.
